My bed bug problem has long since been resolved (my last bite was August 2015), but it cost me about 800USD to get rid of them. For this reason, and so I know you read my profile, please describe where you will be staying in the 2 weeks prior to arriving at my home (hotels, hostels, other hosts). Please be truthful in your answers. Even if you have a sketchy history, I may still accept you (though you might have to put all of your belongings in a garbage bag.. yes I'm serious). Thanks, it is quite important for me to keep critters out of my apartment.

Bed bugs aside, I'll be happy to host you if I can. Nowadays I am pretty lazy, so my ideal guest will be independent and be able to explore the city by themselves. If you are an experienced host yourself, you needn't bother writing a long message about our common interests or your life story or whatever unless you want to. I know the scoop; you need a place to stay and you don't always have time to make a personalized message. Copy-paste messages are fine, just make sure you also add the information I asked for above.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent several nights island hopping in the Philippines, snorkeling, visiting beaches, and sleeping in huts along the way. Slept in a rental car for 3 weeks while I drove around Norway alone. Hitchhiking to every corner of Slovakia, exploring caves and castles. I got a third-degree burn at the Yanshui Beehive Fireworks Festival.
