About Me

I am married but my wife is at University.
I am 28 years old.
I have worked as a language teacher in the past.
I used to smoke but not anymore.
I don't drink alcohol but when I go back home to Russia you can ask me to send you vodka anyway. But I rather recommend asking for buckwheat or pickles

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because a friend of mine recommend me to try it

Interests

I've been a competitive swimmer, grew up with camels and horses and my grandfather can throat sing. I like reading about politics and classic literature (mostly German and Russian). The city where I live is where Dostoyevsky got married.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you anything you saw on Russian life hack channels on YouTube. But on top of that I can also teach compliments, body parts, swear words, excuses and love confessions in Russian, Kazakh and German. Or I can teach you how to cook camel meat in an earth oven. Or how to fail at throat singing (it's easy).

I would like to learn absolutely anything but I'm afraid mathematics and I don't get along that well. I kept searching for a point in a linear equation to no avail. I'm also not a big friend of dogs but my wife wants to have a dog one day so maybe I could learn to love them but I am actually terrified of dogs so unless it's a very tiny cute dog I'd prefer to skip on that lesson.

From working in restaurants for over 10 years I know for sure not only how to use a sauce pan and a chopping knife but also how to use a sponge, a cleaning cloth and soap. If your stomach can handle it I could cook you some central Asian dishes but if it can't then I also make a good ratatouille (and I promise there won't be any rats involved).

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook well.
