ABOUT ME
I think that our world is a great place to live in, and that humans are rational beings who can be trusted ;-)) I also believe that our world is better and safer today than it was 100 years ago (even though I study history and love it ;-))
I pursue my own goals, but I respect your interests and ideals. I am always looking for the ways to collaborate with you, and I would be happy to exchange value for value!
PHILOSOPHY
Classical liberalism. Free minds and free markets.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Any really unique interests? History of medicine and drugs, maybe? Or my attempts to decipher the Phaistos Disc? (check out Wikipedia article, it's really exciting!)

I am pursuing academic career in history, so if you would like to get some background in Russian or Central European history, that would be a good practice for me - and much fun for you! (I hope ;-)) I also have some knowledge of classical liberal/libertarian philosophy, so don't hesitate to ask me if you want to learn some fresh perspective on current affairs. Or maybe you dreamt about acquiring some basic linguistic competency in Russian or Latin? I'm available! And if you're just about to make your first steps in ping pong, I might be of some help, too!
Oh, and now it comes to learning. Well, I'm interested in practically everything - but especially in foreign languages. I've experimented a little bit with Hungarian, Ukrainian and Japanese - so native speakers are eagerly expected! =) I also hope to embark on French, Italian or Spanish some day (or on the more exotic stuff like Yiddish, Arabic, or Uzbek). And sign language too! OK, linguistics is fine, but I also want to learn dancing (tango, salsa, some classical waltzes etc.), shooting, skating and movie-making - and maybe some Krav Maga ))
Any other interesting propositions are more than welcome!
