Hey everyone! I'm Pavel, an easy going young guy who loves discovering new cultures, people and opinions :)

I currently study in Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland. It's exciting to live in a different country than my home. If things go well, later I plan to move to Canada for masters.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because it's awesome to have friends from all around the world. Couchsurfing is an amazing way to meet new people and share experience. There is nothing more exciting to me than travelling and knowing new places on this awesome planet -- and Couchsurfing makes it possible to find like-minded people!

I'm an IT enthusiast, but definitely not an antisocial computer nerd! I love to hang out and chat with people, I enjoy photography, video, time-lapse and design. I also find it interesting to learn about languages and cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like electronic music such as trance or drum & bass. While this is what I listen to most of the day when working, from time to time I like to change to something completely different and therefore I can happily listen to quite anything!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Took a train on the Trans Siberian Railway, fed an elephant, climbed on a glacier in Iceland, biked in 3 different countries in one day.
