ABOUT ME

I'm falling in love with singing more and more, I have Zoom H5 recorder - I love recording nature and city sounds. And also if you have some instruments or voices we can make some nice recordings. I love comedy, especially by independent creators. I tried stand up. I like acting, I used to be a part of improvisational playback theatre in Saint-Petersburg. It was amazing, and I feel like I want MOORE of theatre , improv and comedy in my life. Also I'm into eco-fashion. So I'm learning how to knit an how to create new beautiful soulful things out of forgotten and useless stuff. I love and can cook, I used to be a vegetarian cook in Guslitsa art-residency near Moscow (worth visiting). Besides I lived and cooked in China, so I have that in my baggage. In general I eat meat sometimes, when I feel like it, but overall I prefer wholesome and nutritious meals that taste GOOD. And Btw did I meantion I used to make cartoons?

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is such a revolution and I wanna be part of that. I wanna exchange and share knowledge and experiences.

兴趣

LOTS OF THEM. I make videos, sing, dance, write. Sometimes I paint, I make stand up in or out of my room, sometimes I make music or act and make something up with my friends. Sometimes I wanna learn Georgian language. I like nature I love water and mountains and fogs and trees and plants and animals and buildings (esp authentic ones) I love to see as much of that as possible!

Uhhh... That's a hard one, because there is too much to choose from!
Movies. La belle verte, Chocolat (2000), Ashes and Snow, these movies are in my heart!
Music. I love listening, so there is a huge list of music that I like and can recommend, I Dj sometimes and wish I could do it more often.
Books by. Jaque Fresco, Hermann Hesse, Virginia Woolf (sometimes she is too thick though).

Made and performed my theatre piece in Saint-Petersburg, that was an extraordinary experience. I felt so open and so connected to the worlds.

I teach English, I prefer to use unconventional methods !hey schoolBooks, how are you, haven't seen you IN SUCH A LONG TIME. ! Communication, working on psychological barriers, teaching grammar and vocabulary through real life examples, through acting, using YouTube, stand-up, comedy, movies, music, poetry and literature as materials.
I have some skill in "Mysterious russian soul" style deep improv, I can do playback theatre and if we can get some people together we can try that! Basically it's improvisation based on the story of a spectator.
I can share some cooking, esp. vegan cooking or russian cooking or baking skills, if you like.
Russian is here with me, so I can unzip it as well if it's in the right place at the right time

I would love to hear some Georgian singing, may be even learn it a little bit, or singing of any language that I do not know yet!
