I am engaged in historical reconstruction, viking agе in particular. I enjoy music and play bass in a progressive metal band. I go to gym in the mornings. I love working in garden and at home, building and fixing things. Almost everything in my home was made by my own hands and I'm proud of it.
I always for journeys and adventures, I like travelling by bike, by foot, by boat, in mountains, in forests, by rivers. I haven't yet spent a single week of vacation at home :)
When I'm not travelling, I rarely go out to city and usually spend time at home, playing board games with friends, making things or just reading or watching something. So I'll be glad to go out of the shell and take a tour around the city with you :)

As a host:
My place have been a meeting point of all my friends since I were student. I love guests and I'll be happy to meet you. To tell the truth, there's not much to see in Minsk, but it's nice and clean, a lot of cool people live here, I still love it and would be glad to tell about history of our country, take a tour on city and discover it together with you :)

As a surfer:
I rarely travel to civilization and cities, but when I do, I usually feel like I'm missing an important part, it's like I see only a surface. A chance to spend time with locals helps to see an underneath as well. This is priceless :)

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Music depends on life situation, from death doom to dream pop. I used to listen a lot of goth stuff when I was a teenager. Today my favorites are Dead can dance, Wardruna, Theodor Bastard, Tool, My Dying Bride, Agalloch, Trypticon, Cocteau Twins, The Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble, Pink Floyd and a lot lot more.

Books: mostly historical novels, sci-fi, fantasy, philosophy, but now I have no more then 20 minutes per day time for book, shame on me.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I've been travelling with a team of Belarusian reenactors on a reconstructed viking boat (drakkar) by the Neman river to the Baltic see for three weeks. It was a real adventure :)
