ABOUT ME
I am new to this couchsurfing thing. I find the idea interesting and exciting to see the world as a person not a tourist. I am very social, fun, outgoing, and open to new ideas at any time. I will even take a floor if the couch is taken. I work in a University. I live a new life now after a divorce and hope to open myself up to new cultures, ideas, and adventure.
PHILOSOPHY
Learn from the past, live in the present, plan for your future.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am divorced, 45, with two boys, and I am looking to see the world now in this way shape or form.I am traveling to Hungary with a volunteer team whose mission is to assist Habitat for Humanity construct a activity center for a special needs children's home in the village of Miskolc. I am going forward on this trek annually if it all works out as my goal is to see at least five continents in 8 years. I can eventually host in the Pittsburgh, PA once I see how things go first on my end.

Классная вещь, которую я сделал(-а)
I assisted my ex-fiance who at the time was working in Moscow for Nabisco on a marketing gig she was doing at a supermarket. My job was to dress up as the Planters Peanut guy. Everyone kept punching me in the stomach. Also this volunteer trip to Hungary with Habitat for Humanity is exhilarating for me in many ways. I will see the world and help out others at the same. The kids I will be assisting are autistic and it is ironic that my younger son is in that spectrum.
Учу, учусь, делюсь опытом и информацией
A great College Basketball coach in the US once said in a rousing speech just before he passed away of brain cancer, "Don't give up. Don't ever give up."
"Some men see things as they are and say why. I dream things that never were and say why not."
"Nothing to do but to do it."
