anything at all. i really enjoy the feeling one gets when the big muscle groups release their tension and you can really sense the alignment of the bones. i also enjoy chewing on food, and particularly this moment when taste releases and washes over your tongue and mouth. then reading a sentence which hits so precisely to the core of your imagination.
i like seeing a good movie, too.
