Least favorite is describing myself. But I can tell you I love traveling, coffee, crazy about football, stand up comedy, night life (1 am in a dim lit bar, after a couple of drinks and a smoke, with the right people, talking and laughing). I love playing sports (football, volleyball, ping pong, golf, basketball).

I believe that the mainstream travelling method - book a hotel, book a tour, sit on a bus and get driven around won't get you the feel of the place you're visiting. I have spent nearly 10 years, visiting places via cruise ships and I never really got taste of culture, custom or the everyday life of the people from that particular place.
Spending time where the locals do, eating where the locals do and blending in with the locals is the experience that Couchsurfing, I believe, could provide and be quite accessible and affordable at the same time.
