About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live, love and climb!

ABOUT ME

Originally from Czech Republic, currently living in Canada. I love to travel, meet new people and climb!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I got to know CS several years ago during my travelling along east coast of USA. It makes travelling more funny and exciting.
It isn´t just a cheaper way how to travel but I like it very much because of discovering how people live in other countries, meeting new friends and having fun. I am not a user who couchsurf very often but when I have a chance I prefer meet people through this way. It is really cool and good idea.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have some experiences from travelling in USA. In that time I didn´t have my own CS profile. We surfed two times there. Once in Buffalo, the host was a spanish teacher Raymond, he was very kind and nice to us. It was first very first and real experience how this all works. Then we couchsurfed one more time in Bangor, Maine. Our hosts were Libby and Darrel. I remember we came very late and we were little bit afraid about it but it wasn´t any problem. They came few minutes before us from some rafting trip. It was cool. They had amazing black cat.
After I came back to Czech Republic I decided to make my own profile...Then in few days I had my first couchsurfers in Ostrava. I spent one beautiful day in Ostrava with student group from Turkey. Last couchsurfer before I left to Canada was Pawel with his friend. They spent two nights in my place and we discovered a beer brewing in Ostrava. We had so much fun:-)
CS is very good opportunity to meet new people and friends and discover how they live in another countries.
