Hello everyone,

we are Pavol and Lucy, we are young optimistic couple originally from Slovakia.
Lucy is snowboard instructor, chef and graphic designer. Pavol is IT engineer, ski instructor and photographer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Answer is simple. We are people who love travelling, meeting new people, explore different cultures and talk with local people. Couchsurfing is great opportunity to meet people, spend some time together and understand more about life in each country, city and share a lot of stories, ideas and places where to go or visit. Travelling is about people too!
And secondly it is a huge help for everyone who needs place to stay, needs some information or just wants to be with other travelers. It is a great feeling just to offer couch, bed or place to stay.
We can also offer accommodation in our garden house in our place, spend time with couchsurfers; give some advice where to go or take them to secret local spots.

Interests

Both of us are runners and we like sports. Last year we ran Marathon (42km) and next aim is to run some trail marathon or ultra marathon in South America. You are more than welcome to join.

Lucy loves to cook, so be prepared for some great meal and meantime Pavol will help you with your computer or phone problem if needed.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Working as a dog mushers (handlers) in Norway, over the arctic circle. We were taking care of huskies, feeding them and guiding tourist all over the place on dog sled. Several times a week on the sky were amazing northern lights. So we already did our dream job unless you show us there is another dream job we can head for!

Teach, Learn, Share

Share with people energy, our travelling experiences and good mood. Learn something more about different cultures and have wonderful time together with other Couchsurfers.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can share our travelling experiences, prepare some great meal, repair PC or we can go for a trip together.
