Hi! My name is Maria Paz, I'm 24 years old. At the moment I'm studying Medicine in fourth year. I love what I study!, but when classes finish I like to take a break and wet away from hospitals and classrooms grab my backpack and travel.

I'm a cheerful girl, I like to talk and spend time with people but I enjoy aswell to do diffenrent activites alone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that one of the most interesting things of traveling is getting to know the culture and people from the country you are visiting. Maybe this part is something you miss if you stay at a hostel so thats why I would like to join this way of travelling.

Interests

I love to practice outdoor activities or sports such us hiking, ridding my bike, , kayak, swimming etc.
I also like to dance, hang out with friends, play with my dog.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the most amazing thing I've done was to participate in a program to travel and work at the States. I was quite young and it was just me..so I left home a bit scared. There I met amazing people form all over the world, I worked as a lifeguard and as a hostess. Both jobs were fun and I learned a lot of them.
The two most important things Iearned at that trip were: "english" and "the passion of travelling"
