##########################

I was born and raised in Italy but when I was old enough I started to travel the world.
I have been in many places and met many different and interesting people.
I lived in Barcelona since 2007 and I love it because I love to be close to the sea.
I practice sports like swimming, walking, yoga and calisthenics.
I love plants and all that is related to Nature and the outdoors.
I love to have a swim in the sea, read a book, watch TV series, cooking and have a glass of wine while chatting with a friend.

I think that far too many times we mistake the verb "to have" with the verb "to be" and we lose touch with the things that are really important like spending time with friends, TALK to each other (face to face not FB messages and all that...)

I'm a nudist and have no problem to be nude in your place but PLEASE keep in mind that this does not mean I'm available to jump in your bed (or that you are allowed to jump in mine). Nudism and sex are two VERY DIFFERENT things!
Also, I'm gay, if it matters...
And I'M VEGAN.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have decided to visit South East Asia to do some soul searching and I believe that the best way to really get to know a place is to meet with locals and spend time with them to know their way of living and their culture.
During my trip I realized how important it is to relate to people and not just for sex or money, but just for the sake of it, if we are open minded enough we can get SOOO much from each other, we can learn plenty.

Interests

Plants, gardening, cooking (vegan of course!), travels, books, photography, drawing, biking, swimming, animals (Pandas!!!) cultures and people.
I love walking by the sea and listen to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore.
Also I am a self taught carpenter and love to take old pieces of furniture and give them a new chance!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love (almost) all kind of music (NO reggeton, acid, techno, house and the likes) and books (The monk who sold his Ferrari). I don't have any favorite movie but I love watching movies (OK maybe Grease is my favorite movie as it is the first I ever saw in a movie theater).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably the most interesting thing I have done so far is to leave my apartment, sell my stuff, quit my job and buy the ticket to Bangkok!!! (summer 2016)
And again in 2017! 😉
Annapurna Base Camp trekking!!! A killer 😱

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach languages and cooking. I would love to learn as much as I can about different cultures. I can share my knowledge of the places I have visited and some beers! :)
I would love to improve my knowledge of Portuguese and be able to learn German one day soon!
We can teach and learn plenty of things and most of the times we don't even know it. We can learn about sharing, life should flow in every single aspect and the fact that we "pass on" our knowledge is part of the universal flow.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm more than happy to share my cooking skills (vegan and italian) and the languages I know.
And probably I can teach you plenty of other things, just ask and maybe I have a tip or two on the subject.
PLEASE mention the word "armadillo" in your message so I know you read my profile.
Thanks
