About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meet people and traditions from around the Brazil and the world, building bridges of friendship, exchange ideas, experience and cultures, tasting foods and praising small farmers through our project

ABOUT ME

My quest, in fact, is how others live, what they can teach, how to deal with reality and the extraordinary. Understand that everyone understands me. Out on the streets without being lost forever. Spending my time or money on things that I don't need to bring: restaurants, entertainment, walks, talks. Enjoy each city as a capricious woman: take the time and dedication to seduce her for her to show herself. A trip is an adventure. Henry Miller said it's much more important to find a church that no one has heard of it, to go to Rome and feel obliged to visit the Sistine Chapel, with two hundred thousand tourists shouting in the ear. Lost in the streets, walking through the alleys, feel to freedom of looking for something that doesn't know what it is, but - no doubt - you will find, and this may change your life.

PHILOSOPHY

The most important thing in the world
is not where we are,
but where we go.
[KEEP WALKING]

"Happiness only real when shared"

Interests

I read a lot, I talk about everything, I listen to everything and try to absorb what I can. In the pursuit of balance, in its most varied aspects, it is worth seeking oneself wise in order to be happy at every moment, to analyze oneself critically and solemnly, to understand the environment, to be part of the environment. I am interested in art, the expression of feeling and what is expressed without even being noticed

Teach, Learn, Share

About our current project:

The concept was born based on two of the greatest passions of the people: travel and eat well!

The Sabores da Estrada (Road's Flavors) is a club for those who love to travel without leaving home, immersing themselves in different cultures, sometimes returning to the past and old memories with something that sends to their grandparents ... is to live and relive sensations, experiment different spices, new ingredients, unusual combinations

The purpose is also to value the local producer, generating income and improving the economy of its region in a sustainable way, maintaining cultural identity and food traditions. In other words, it is "real food" (nothing industrialized). It is to join the "know-how" with the "know how to appreciate" ... following the precepts of slow food

Being part of the Sabores da Estrada Club you receive, every month and with all the comfort, a box full of regional and handmade products of high quality hand picked by our curators, coming from the four corners of Brazil, each month of a region different

In addition, a personalized folder with information from the region, the products and the producers, and an exclusive surprise gift

What I Can Share with Hosts

be like water, said Bruce Lee, and that's exactly how I am. I can talk and teach about many cultures, languages, places and gastronomy. Oh and some Krav Maga movements (martial art for self defense)
