ABOUT ME

I'm a Rural Health and Sanitation volunteer in the northern department of Chalatenango, El Salvador. I spend my days visiting people in my community, giving charlas on health and hygiene, and trying to avoid the social faux pas I tend to commit with my pathetic Spanish. I love to travel but haven't gotten to do as much of it as I'd like, but after my service with the Peace Corps is up in spring 2012, I'm taking my readjustment allowance and blowing it on as much traveling as it'll get me. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None! How sad! I'm hoping to host some people during my Peace Corps service. Alright, I admit it, I don't have a couch, but I couldn't find a site for hammock surfing. (I promise, my hammock's very comfy.) Once I'm done with my service and free to travel, I'll be looking at surfing a few couches myself.
