My name is Matthias and I am in Buenos Aires until April to do an internship at an NGO that promotes democracy in Argentina.

ABOUT ME

I am an open-minded and friendly person, who likes to get to know other cultures.

I like to hang out with my friends in Bremen have parties, chilling at the Deich (the area close to a river), go to music festivals or travel to other places.

My landlord in Buenos Aires does not allow me to host people so I cannot offer a couch...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meet new people from different backgrounds, different cultures and have the possibility to travel to other places without being on a decent salary.

Interests

My biggest interests are history and politics and I hope I will find a job in this field some day.

I am, also, very much into American Football. My favourite team is the Cleveland Browns. Furthermore, support my hometown soccer team, Werder Bremen.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like many types of music. I really like to listen to Techno, Techhouse and Minimal. Nevertheless, my favourite is still Drum and Bass. Liquid, Lazer, Up Front, Jump up... nearly everything with 175 bpm. Furthermore, I like this EDM stuff... not all of it, but there are some really awesome Trap, Moombahton and Electro house tunes.
Apart from that, I am addicted to some tv shows. Especially Game of Thrones but I also like the 100, Lost, The Man in the High Castle, Person of Interest, Mr. Robot, House of Cards, Walking Dead... everything with a good storyline. Regarding comedy I am in to everything sethmacfarlane produces (Family guy, American Dad, Blunt Talk, Cleveland Show), 30 Rock, Seinfeld, Brooklyn 9-9. I also like stand-up comedy especially Anthony Jeselnik, Bill Burr, Ricky Gervais, Bill Hicks, George Carlin, Conan O'Brian, Seth Meyers, Louis CK, Dave Chappelle.
