ABOUT ME

I'm an adventurous soul constantly seeking out new exciting experiences. Love connecting with everyone I can, everyone is amazing and beautiful in their own way. Very interested in spirituality, and have explored a lot of meditation, but what I've found to be the most important is living from the heart and fully experiencing all the joy and possibility of the present moment :)

Have discovered a lot of my passions in the past couple years since college. Have been practicing healing work in the form of ceremonial cacao with sound healing. Have long been interested in becoming a therapist, but really discovered my calling in transpersonal psychology. I want to integrate spirituality into my practice, and work with all aspects of a person, their body, mind, and spirit.

I'm a very passionate raw chocolate lover! First got into it in some trips down in Guatemala, there was a guy down there leading shamanic ceremonies with it, did a bunch of those and lots raw chocolate parties with friends. Always eager to share with a new person all the joy raw chocolate brings. As David Wolfe says about it, "Warning you may have the best day ever!"

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is to never stop learning, experiencing, playing, growing, and loving. There's so much to do in life! Hope I can fit it all in :)

Have only surfed so far, but once I have my own place would love to host some people.

Had a couple of amazing hosts in a trip around the pacific northwest and north california, eager to try couchsurfing out again.

Lively conversations, meditating, yin yoga, exploring new places, lucid dreaming, playing didgeridoo or singing with people, live music shows, enjoying all the wonders of nature, growing and learning from new experiences, the endless mystery of life and all its beauty.

Music, Movies, and Books

A passionate fan of all kinds of music, each is just a different flavor of creativity. Really enjoy dancing to dubstep at festivals and live shows. If I'm chilling enjoy putting on bands like Radiohead, Massive Attack, Explosions in the Sky.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving in New Zealand over snow-covered mountains was amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

Have developed all sorts of skills in my 28 years of living so far. Could teach about didgeridoo, Reiki, transpersonal psychology, meditation, qi gong, hmmmm probably more I can't think of, whatever comes up in the moment.
