ABOUT ME

I'm someone who is most satisfied going to sleep if I learned something new that day. I love to travel and thrive off of the energy of those around me. I am brand new to couch surfing and so far it has been one of the most amazing experiences that I have yet tolook back on. Cheers to you, my new friends, the great times we have shared and have yet to share!

PHILOSOPHY

Love. Learn. Live. Experience. I wish never to be diagnosed with stagnency. I hope to learn something new daily. There is no substitute for wisdom, and wisdom lies in global perspective. Perspective is gained while striving to understand life through the eyes of those with whom we share this earth. Thus reading and conversing supplies the highest level of education.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I discovered this community when I went to San Diego with a friend, we couch surfed and I love the process and people I've met through this site! I would love to host you if your travels bring you through Reno and look forward to surfing as much as possible in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couch surfing experience was with Benny in San Diego. Benny graciously opened his home to my travel buddy Ase and myself. He was an absolute pleasure to be around and he generously made every possible amenity available to us. This has been my only experience so far but I will keep updating as experience allows.

Interests

I have a passion for drumming and love an eclectic variety of music. Reading is by far the most productive investment in self when classes keep me home. I enjoy conversation, it is the sharing of ideas whether conflicting or coinciding, that keeps the mind sharp and well rounded. I am very into politics. I dislike Digital Rights Management, herb legislation, war and overall government influence on daily life. VOTE THIRD PARTY where your voice can make an impact!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen people who willingly open their homes to complete strangers. I have seen people travel accross my country with nothing but the kindness of others. I have seen an agape love in the undercurrent of humanity and I cannot wait to see more!

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: Drumming, I can get anyone to play a rock beat on the drums. Politics is one of my passions as well so I'm fairly informed on that topic however I'm a bit of an idealist.

Learn: Anything musical, political, philosophical or practical.
