I teach applied principles of therapeutic touch, and enjoy to learn and hear about how others relate to their bodies, and what they feel is going on inside them. ie why their bodies function the way they currently are.
I teach and share acro yoga, which is a dynamic and playful form of balanced movement involving 2 or more people.
I teach and offer insights into the 5 elements of nature- from the traditional Chinese medicine system, with the intention to offer a beneficial lens through which to view, navigate and understand life.
