About Me

I help health conscious humans unlock their bodies so they can step boldly into any adventure and live life pain free!

I'm a MovNat Master Trainer and Online Coach, Primal Health Coach, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt and Coach, and a Scout of The Human Path.

Besides that, I'm integrating what I've learned from years of studying Art Du Déplacement/Parkour, the Wim Hof Method, Gracie Combatives, Invisible/Hidden Jiu Jitsu, various Martial Arts, Nutritious Movement, EveryBody Biomechanics, Meditation, and much more.

My motto: "You're a human, move like one!" ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

"MovNat Madness" - naturally moving (running, jumping, climbing, crawling, getting up/down, lifting, carrying, etc.) and adapting to the rugged terrain of New Mexico with a group of 20 or so fellow truly fit humans, barefooted, for the Level 3 MovNat Certification.

Evry Move 2 - a 7-day Art Du Déplacement/Parkour workshop with the Yamakasi (founders) in France. We moved non-stop from morning to night.

Ran the Red Bull 400 in Germany - a 400 meter race straight up a ski slope. Tiffany held the flag for USA in the opening ceremonies and the

Hiked down off the beaten path on Hochfirst in the Blackforest after sunset just to catch the *last* bus of the night to our flat.

Hiked Mount Batur in Bali to watch sunrise, soaked in natural hot springs after, and then sampled (amazing) coffee and tea on a plantation.

Went out on the water off Lovina Beach in a small boat to watch a group of dolphins swim next to us at sunrise.

Went snorkeling at Menjangan Island and saw amazing coral, blue star fish, and electric colored fish.

Hiked Mount Ijen in Java, saw the blue fire, the most amazing colored lake, and sunrise.

[Still in Indonesia. More to come...]

... Just one? There's too many... ;)
