I'm a 4th year medical student and I'll be doing a month-long away rotation in Palermo, Italy in March 2019. I'm hoping to do weekend trips to Venice, Florence, and Milan. Would love to meet locals and fellow travelers, and am open to all sorts of off-the-beaten path places to explore!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I lived in rural China for years, I loved hosting and staying with hosts during my travels. It made my travels so exciting to see cities from the perspectives of locals or sort of locals... and I totally enjoyed showing my little corner of China to those who passed through. I've only had positive experiences through couch surfing, and I'm hoping to see Italy through this lens too.

I love music... classical piano, singing, dabbling with the uke, guitar, xylophone. We have a little band here in Xiuning

I also enjoy baking so hopefully I'll have time to welcome you with some warm treats straight out of the oven.
