ABOUT ME

I have been living in London for 10 years and have been cleaning on and off and eventually started a cleaning business which now is called Ultimately eco Cleaning. I love Pearl Jam and rock music in general, but I am always interested to listen to what other people are passionate about. I love dancing but since I don't quite know the current dance hits I feel too old for the music they play in the Clubs. I love the arts and crafts; Making things grounds me and helps me connect with my thoughts, but since I am running my own business I don't really have time to do much.

People always intrigued me, I am still looking for the answer to what makes people happy and I think I have some part of it.

I spent many summers running wild in the fields and woods around my grandparents' farm; picking flowers, mushrooms, chasing goats (i am not joking), and I still love the madness of the big city, in fact i am addicted to London - I arrived here 10 years ago and this year with the two months cycling trip across Europe - it has been the longest I have been away from the Big Smoke. At the same time I have a thing about the big water and the big rock.

Currently I am revisiting my past, clearing some emotional lethargy and negative emotions so I can better embrace life, creativity and opportunities to grow. I do some yoga and some meditation and I would like to do it every day - this summer I realised that my inner equilibrium is the most important side of me. Meditation and Yoga seem to be the best way to achieve inner peace and balance the energy.

My most ambitions dream is building the sustainable future that we all need asap (read this with a tone of immediate urgency), and I think a lot can be achieved with green cleaning, a lot of cycling and coaching or counselling - and if you cringe at the thought of coaching and counaselling - this is exactly what I mean - these are still a taboo and imagine if it wasn't - I imagine that this world would be a lot better(peaceful and harmonious) if people sort themselves out.

I am looking to meet people who are interested to find out or know the meaning of Aware... or are on a path towards better ability for being aware...in the Buddhist meaning of the word. I am not a Buddhist but I do like the principles that they teach. People with an open mind and open heart. It's great to have opinions and I love discussion as long as we acknowledge that it's ok someone to disagree or simply have a different opinion.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted a couple of people; am friends with regular couch surfers; We were hosted by some really nice people on the last leg of our 55 days, 11 countries, 4000km bike tour.

Intereses

Concious Human evolution or what I call personal development - from self-help, through coaching to psychotherapy and counselling.
I.e. my mane activities are around making the world a better place - particularly in my case through cleaning, cycling and psychology :-)
