I'm American, doing an internship in Coimbra, Portugal for the summer.

I love traveling and learning about other cultures and pushing myself to improve my language skills. I like going to the ballet and the theater. I love touring old cathedrals, modern art museums, and experiencing the best food that places have to offer. I enjoy long walks and yoga in the park.

I've been traveling a lot this year and am always interested in meeting new people. I love sharing experiences with people, even if it's the only time we will see each other.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a big fan of Star Trek, The Mindy Project, and Rick and Morty. I don't watch a lot of movies beyond Marvel, but my favorite movie is Die Hard.

I am always willing to try new music from wherever I am, but otherwise love classical music and going to the symphony. As a student, I listen to a lot of music when I study and to keep calm :)

I would love to read more books, if anyone wants to recommend one! I haven't had much time to read books, except re-reading Harry Potter (practicing language skills, of course!)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not sure if it counts as amazing but, I helped teach an "Applied Engineering" class in a high school in Mexico for a month. It mostly included me talking about times I failed at projects and mistakes I've made and learned from, but it was a great experience.
