I have just returned from living in Barcelona working as an English teacher in a language academy. Before that I was in Florence where I was working as an au pair for 9 months and before that London where I worked in Merchandising for a fashion retailer. I decided to take a little career break to do some travelling and au pairing seemed like a wonderful way to be really immersed in other cultures. I am now back in UK and about to go back to university to study occupational therapy.

I have really enjoyed my time as an au pair and the unique experience of sharing cultures and lives that only comes with living with the locals.
