About Me
"Where we must go...
We who wander this loveland
looking for our better selves?"
Brazilian guy living in Lisboa. Maybe for a while, maybe forever.
I feel like the map works not only to the world, but to me: the farther I go, the more I get to know myself.
There's still some road ahead and I guess this is the right place to be on this journey.
Let's share anything good we can give to each other.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new people and new places.
To get to know myself.
To believe a little more on mankind.
Interests
I'm completely connected to art in any expression. I don't know what I would do without it. At the same the time, if you ask me, I would probably don't know how to define it. Maybe the mission of the artist is to answer this very one question.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like to watch good cinema, but I also like to turn off my mind with sitcoms.
So I will probably get your movie reference, but I will also quote Michael Scott or George Constanza from time to time.
Some directors that I like to follow the work: Richard Linklater, Coen Brothers, Damien Chazelle, Nolan(s), Tarantino (of course), David Fincher;
I'm always watching: Friends, The Office, HIMYM, Parks & Rec, Community, Seinfeld;
Shows that I'm excited about right now: Barry, Fleabag, Euphoria, Westworld.
Books that had a huge impact on me are The Bell Jar, Silvia Plath; The Unbearable Lightness of Being, Milan Kundera; Man's Search For Meaning, Viktor Frankl.
Currently reading: The Stranger, Albert Camus.
Although I had my rock phase, which lead me to playing the guitar and I'm really thankful for that, today my music taste tend to be defined by too feelings: mellow and dancy. Better if combined.
I love the new brazilian music that's been made. Cícero, Silva and Rubel are some of the artists that I cannot stop listening to. On the other side, R&B is always on my playlist as well.
I'll tell you about my guilty pleasures in person.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Skydiving;
I manage to gather some fans of a tv show in my city, rented a cinema room and we watched the season finale together;
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you something on the guitar or some portuguese;
I can take pictures and videos and edit it;
I'm obsessed with learning how to cook and I would love to get new experiences in the kitchen.
