Olá! I'm a portuguese 24yo male with a passion for exploring the world and connecting with new people! After years of hitting the books (I just finished med school), I’m eager to step out of the hospital and into the heart of new cultures, cities and experiences.

I really like nature and hiking! Once I hiked 50km just to pick up a chestnut cake.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After hearing from couchsurfing from a few friends, I wanted to give it a try :)
I don't like the shallowness of visiting a place and not getting to meet the people that live there. I really think that it is a privilege to get to "live the life" of the locals, to share something... a meal, a conversation, a song.

I’m respectful, tidy, and can promise good company (and maybe some medical tips if you ever need them!).

Fav movies: Into the Wild (ik, really cliché), and all David Lynch's filmography.

Finished med school :')

Coordinated a medical aid project to Mozambique, spent 5 weeks there.

I love to learn new recipes. I can teach how to make lots of recipes with codfish (we are really fond of that fish in my country)
I can help with house chores if needed.

Portugal's knowledge. I can give you a virtual tour through my country, from the north to south, I have even lived on the islands (Madeira and Azores).
