About Me

In the last years... mostly a reader, runner, volunteer and worker (and when possible... traveller!) .

"Who am I to myself? Just a feeling of mine" (Fernando Pessoa). Nevertheless, I think I am reliable, sensible and almost always in a good mood! :-) trying to never forget Mother Teresa words "we shall never know all the good that a simple smile can do."

... and a chocolate and cheese fan :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To know more about our world, meeting new people, new places and also to be useful to others (by sharing the couch that sometimes I have now available).

- volunteering in Projecto Sabi, with a weekend helping on a Mental Health Hospital and a week on a day care center in Azores;
- training for and finishing a Marathon.
