Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I'm very curious about other cultures - I really love to meet new people, places and ways of living. I think that, beside the lower cost of traveling, couchsurfing is a way to see the local by the eyes of the people who lives everyday in that places. I don't want to be a tourist in a "artificial" way, I want to know where you live in a deep sense: the music, food, accent and everything shared by local people.

I'm a book lover and my books aways travel with me. Hermann Hesse, Machado de Assis, Gabriel García Marquez, Fernando Pessoa, José Saramago and Dostoievski are some of my favorite writers.
