Hey everyone,

I'm Pedro, I am Portuguese and I am a Digital Entrepreneurship Master Student in Germany (in Berlin). I have been living in Istanbul since September to study at Galatasaray University for one semester and to do an internship as a project manager in an NGO called European Integration Group.

Traveling, living abroad and learning foreign languages are my biggest passions. I currently speak 6 languages fluently (Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, English, French and German). I have also studied and worked in Italy, France, Germany and Turkey over the last 3 years and my plan is to keep living in different countries during the rest of my 20s.

My hobbies are very diverse. I love to play football, read (mostly fiction), hang out with friends, deeply explore the cities where I am living in and watch movies and tv series.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I love to do solo traveling, I think that Couchsurfing is the best place to find other travelers to hang out in the cities that I visit and to meet local people to get a much deeper and more meaningful travel experience.

I love to read contemporary fiction. My favorites authors are Elif Shafak, Kazuo Ishiguro, Elena Ferrante , Isabel Allende and Sally Rooney.
I am very fond of Italian, Spanish and Turkish cinema.
