About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Broadening my horizons and figuring out what life is really about. I'm also set out to learn every language in this world.

ABOUT ME

They'd probably open up saying I'm that guy who can speak all the languages because I do love to learn new languages. Then, they'd go on to say that I'm the most annoying person for the very same reason, specially since I always try to make them learn whatever language I'm thinking of, at the moment. I'm a very communicative guy who really enjoys good conversations about pretty much everything! Quite relaxed and easygoing but at the same time very outspoken. Very objective and direct, I prefer to risk hurting someone by being sincere than lying to them just to keep things ok. That does not mean I'm inconsiderate, quite the opposite. =D

PHILOSOPHY

I sincerely think that there's too much noise in the way of actual information. The instituitions somehow seem to divert us from what's good and true. I believe that we cannot trust the predefined structure of society we see nowadays if we have the tiniest bit of historical consciousness. I'm a true believer of the human being. I believe everyone has the capacity to improve themselves and that external facts, though relevant, are not a defining aspect. I do not appreciate religions as they have never really united people around a common good. There's always ours x theirs and that does not make sense for me. I'm not one to sugarcoat things I have to say and I believe that people should pay more attention to one another, specially when talking. I'll hear what you say before I try to get what you mean, and not the other way around. I don't read as much as I would like to but I have a good memory which contributes for my culture.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I wish to participate by surfing with and hosting people from all over the world. I have already some friends who participate actively in CS meetings around the Curitiba area, in Brazil. I'll try and be more familiar with the CS and as I do, I'll update my participation progress.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm starting to surf as kind of an emergency! The place we had set up for our trip to London is far from what we expected and might not even be available! As such, lots of friends recommended that I should try couch surfing and based on their experiences I'm really looking forward to more surfing and hosting.

Interests

Learning Languages, travelling, classical music, sports, jazz, piano, tennis, engineering, society, mathematics, astronomy, physics, memory, neurology... I spend my time learning about everything, I'm very curious.

Music, Movies, and Books

Valentina Lisitsa, Liszt, Rachmaninoff, Beethoven, Mozart, I'm really keen on classical music. That's the music I listen to when I'm on my own. I do appreciate a whole lot of other music artists such as Gorillaz, Blur, 047, Rymdredlage, Jesca Hoop, Nightwish, Skank, Ratatat, Rodriguez, STRFKR, Miike Snow, Matt Corby, Blockhead, Ninjaspark, Silverchair, Alpha Blondy, Bob Marley, etc. I'm not that into reading, somehow.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The midnight sun at the Nordkapp in Honningsvag, Norway.
Absolutely amazing.

The rocks of Vila Velha in my hometown Ponta Grossa. That's me being pround of the natural beauties of my city! =D

Teach, Learn, Share

Everyone! Basically! I'm sure I can learn a lot from anyone by sharing some experiences and stories. I can give nice tips about travelling and learning new languages. I am absolutely MAD about learning languages. Anyone who speaks is a potential teacher! =D
