About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My mission is very simple: enjoy my life the most I can!

ABOUT ME

I love to travel and meet new people. I like to talk and get to know them so that I can learn a little about their countries and culture and teach them about mine. I consider myself a funny, very easygoing guy who does not think of reasons not to do something, on the contrary, I tend to find reasons why I should do it. People usually make things complicated. I like to believe that living is easy and it is our obligation to enjoy ourselves all the time.

PHILOSOPHY

As I said before, I sincerely believe that people tend to complicate their lives. I make things easier and when I want to do something, I just do it. People should be more open minded and understand that there is a huge world out there to be discovered! Couchsurfing is a method of life that perfectly fits in my style.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted plenty of people and also was a guest in a lot of places. CS is simply awesome!

Interests

I like sports, I'm a big football fan, I love music, actually I used to be a lead singer in a samba group, going out, drinking, partying, going to the beach, you name it! I am also interested in museums, literature, history (big fan) and etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading! Dostoievski, George Orwell, Carlos Ruiz Zafón andJorge Amado are among my favourite writers.
I live for music, I am probably singing almost every time of the day. I hear different styles but I usually listen to Brazilian music, especially samba.
I'm not a fan of horror movies but I watch anything else.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Backpacking. Unbelievably life changing. Make you grow and understand that the reality you live in is just too small for you to be sad about something. My last was a two week trip by myself in Cuba. Awesome!

Teach, Learn, Share

I have traveled several times, backpacked throughout Europe and South America, had the opportunity to meet a lot of interesting people and places. I believe I can help people understand a little more about the world by exchanging experiences and I can explain and show them a lot about the brazilian culture. Of course, I'm very eager to learn about other cultures as well.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Bolivia, Chile, Cuba, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Uruguay

Countries I’ve Lived In

Brazil, France, United Kingdom
