I am a curious person. I like to know things. Be it politics, history, geography or almost anything else on earth, I'll be interested in learning. I love finding patterns and connecting things. While traveling I look for these. I try to understand what makes a country special and unique.

I'm also light hearted so you'll rarely find me serious. Ever.

Met a fellow CSer who took me around Santiago. It was a brilliant experience. You feel like you have friends in every city you could possibly visit.

Music, Movies, and Books

Just finished watching Schindler's list.
Would enjoy reruns of Quentin Tarantino and Guy Ritchie movies any number of times.

Have a huge list of favorite books from across genres. So it can be difficult to place. James Michener, Steven Pinker, C K Prahalad, Mark Twain are a few of the authors I like.

I listen to a wide range of music. From classic and indie rock, blues, instrumental to house and electronic. I'm an easy listener, so depending on my mood I can enjoy most kinds of music.

Teach: Hindi, Bengali, a bit about the work I do, modeling of materials, Indian history.
Learn: Languages, Instruments, Socio-political history of a place, rock climbing!! (:
