CURRENT MISSION

Love who you are and what you are and what you do. Laugh at yourself and at life, and nothing can touch you. There is a coherent plan in the universe, though I don’t know what it’s a plan for.

ABOUT ME
I am from Australia, my wife Marta is from Poland, we met in Belgium and live near Gent.

I do magic and mime around the world mostly at festivals and street corners near you.

Marta loves 'Flea Markets' buying and sell vintage clothing, handbags and traveling.

I have been doing magic for more than 40 years, all around the world. I was living in Australia when I fell in love with Marta! We met at the Gent Festival. I was performing on the street and she came by to watch my show.

We fell in love almost at once and 3 months later we got married. Have been married for 21 years

I still perform and when I can I take Marta with me. We both love to travel and meet new people. Everywhere I go I do my magic shows, making people smile seems to be my quest in life

PHILOSOPHY

Zen is the moment one is in. That is how I like to live my life. In the Here and Now life begins again and again. The Power of Now is all there is.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We love couch surfing and will do what we can to keep it going. This is the best idea since the invention of the wheel. I tell all my street perfroming friends about couch surfing, may it grow and live a long happy life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have been to many different homes and found each place a new and fun adventure.
We also love to host people when we are in Belgium .... July is a great month to come visit, we are always in Belgium then for the Ghent Festival!

Interests

I love magic of course. But I love Dancing, Music, Reading, and Skydiving.I have 463 jumps THE END.

Marta is into all kinds of fun things, but I will let her tell you about them when we meet.

Meeting new people and performing every where we go is what we love doing.

All movies, music, and books are important, some are better then others ... anyone that can make music, shoot a film, or wirte a book is Ok by me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'd say jumping out of a plane over 400 times in more then 20 different countries around the world, has been amazing.

Marta has made two trips to Africa helping the geode children back in ' 90s.
