About Me

Life is such a miracle! : D
For me, I feel that everyone of us is a window of life, through which life flows in and out, and by exchanging views from our window we see a bigger picture!
Now let me introduce my window :)

My name is 培傑, which means "cultivate to be good" - a warm wish given from my lovely grandparents and parents in 1987.

I come from the middle part of Taiwan, was raised with a funny sister against the backdrop of a kindergarten run by my parents. Since childhood we've been inventing every kind of crazy things, e.g. playing duet on the piano with feet, serving feces to our father as breakfast, etc XD I think I'm writing it because I really miss it... :D

I've been a doctor for couple years, worked in India, Bangladesh and Thailand for refugee health, and now in Bangkok working for regional humanitarian preparedness and response. My other passions include writing, reading, tennis and surfing. I play the violin and sitar, like Chinese calligraphy, read and write a lot, and am planning to open a bookshop for the universe's amazing voices to fall in!

You're welcome to stay with me and let's enjoy some chats and tea together!
