ABOUT ME

I growed up in Jinan, China and now studying in Singapore.
I'm now a year 2 student in Nanyang Technological University specializing in maritime studies.
It was such a great coincidence that I meet couchsurfing,I dind this is a great place to make friends and help others.

PHILOSOPHY

Living in the world to me means to give and to improve myself to try to become ready to give.I'm not saying I never think of myself...but I believe that my life will become easier and more pleasent if I think less about myself...
I don't really like the modern society with competitions everywhere and I feel more pleasant to teach pupils for a whole afternoon for free than to earn a lot of money by doing telemarketing.(I did these two kinds of things for the past 1 year...)Anyway that's life.I cannot escape from the competition but at least I can do somethings for other people to keep my heart in a comfortable place.
I'm a person who is open minded and ever ready to give.
I treasure the spirit of couchsurfing but currently I'm studying abroad and may not be able to provide a definite accommodation (My address always changes according to my study condition...).But I'll be glad to show people around the city which I'm studying in(Singapore) and my hometown.
Travelling to me is not just sight seeing and taking pictures...
I like to meet people, to know how people in different place in the world lives.
Making a friend in a new country for me is much more worth than taking pictures with the country's president...

I'll have my room in Singapore with one free bed in a few days when I confirm with the landlord.I can also provide accommodation in my hometown,Jinan when I'm on holiday.

I'm confident in my knowledge in oriental history and marine science. I can also teach singing.
