Hi! I'm Pekko, university of applied sciences student from Finland! I'm a person who is interested in so many things: I'm a composer and musician, I like to draw and sing in choir. I enjoy being in nature and try to be as ecological I can. I eat mostly vegetarian food, but l also like to taste many other traditional foods.

I have good experiences from High school when I hosted german students two times for a week and visited one of them. I would like to get to know more people and learn about other cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really like reading books, there's many topics from non-fiction to fiction. One of the most adorable books that I know is Le Petit Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.

I mostly listen Finnish music, but also many other genres like English metal ballads, jazz and classical music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Long hikes (each of them was about a week sleeping in tent and walking the days) in Finnish wilderness in Lapland has been amazing

Teach, Learn, Share

I sing and play guitar. We can have a jam session! Sometimes I work as a music teacher and musical play school teacher, so I can share my knowledge about that. We can always have a great cup of tea!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm really reliable visitor. I don't smoke and I never drink alcohol, so you can be relaxed about those. I enjoy talking about different topics. There's so much that we can learn from each others!
