ABOUT ME

I'm quite a talkative person. Actually if someone likes talking more than listening we could spend the whole night just on choosing the topic to talk through.
But seriously - I get along with people very well, I like getting to know what they think, how they value things and if there is something I can learn from the person that I meet - I don't waste the chance.
I like laughing, sometimes the reason can be so abstract that one can barely find the sens but I enjoy the stomach ache in the morning after an evening session of good laughter.

PHILOSOPHY

I like consuming. Music, food, experience, scents, feelings. Grab the while and make it fuel for a next day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Never hosted anyone yet from the couchsurfing, though there are a lot of people that regularly use our couch. So we are experienced with guests. : )

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

You cannot get to know the place you are going to better than listed to the one that really lives there and experience the moments a little bit from the local perspective.

Interests

The are three major interest in my life, Actually four, because number one became number one in october 2011. It is my family that got bigger when our son was born. So it's my number one.

Number two is cooking. I love spending hours in our kitchen preparing things that were inspired by nr three in on the list.

Number three. Traveling and photography. I steel the pictures from nature and make them eternal on the digital matrix. Magic, uh? And of course I learn different cuisines,

Number four - music. I play and sing. Not a big deal but it turns me on. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Film - not so much of of a tv watcher. I prefer books. Books - from Terry Pratchet to Carlos Luis Zafon, from fiction to biographies. If it' s good and I get to know it, be sure I read it.
Music - basically I stayed in '70s and '80s but new music also rings my bell. I visits music festivals and enjoy it, maybe not so deeply as it was when I was 20 but still it rocks. I love visiting the concerts with my wife and son.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taking part in the Coptist wedding nearby Hurgada in Egipt; teaching an Indian Chef how to cook a real pasta bolognese in Jodhpur, India; being a fake shaman and conducting a wedding ceremony in Tikal, Guatemala.
