Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted and met people for coffee in my local area. When traveling I have so far not come to use couchsurfing services, even though I once slept in a garage in California which could as well have been a coachsurfer's arrangement.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like rather twisted stuff. Had a blast when finding Jerzy Kosinski's books for example. Read all of Ray Bradbury in one swoop a well. In music I'm a big fan of Jon Hassell, Arve Henrikssen and folks alike. Movies.... well, that starts with Tarkovsky, Herzog, Wenders etc and goes all the way out to television shows like Supernatural (mostly for the brilliant music scoring by Steve Tavaglione), Dr Who, Battlestar G and the shorties by Dennis Potter.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It was fun to live four months in a different country, Cabo Verde. I also enjoyed scuba diving in the Red Sea; Scandinavia has quite cold water usually with bad sight. Big fan of alpine skiing too. Had some awesome off-pist powder snow experiences (practically grew up on skis in the north of Sweden). Had some great partnerships with people too. But today music is just what rules me, can't escape it.

Creating music. Strategies for improvisation. Techniques for producing recordings. I'm generally interested in learning everything I come across, just for the fun of it.
