Overview
About Me
I grew up homeschooled so my social life was a bit dull. I decided to travel after high school to spice things up. I flew 120k in the 2010s and am now slowing down to hang out with other people who travel and give back to the CS community.
While hopping continents a few years back, I made music about each city I visited and worked online support things. Outside work, I hike almost every weekend, shoot portraits that capture personality, and dance the night away at house and techno shows. In 2023, I went on my first sesshin, a weeklong Zen Buddhist silent meditation retreat, and it changed my life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To show people around Portland, my current home and a wonderful city on the Best Coast. I've also been doing a bit of traveling here and there and would love to meet new hosts along the way. Let's go for a run, cook, shoot some photos, play a bit of music, or just chat about the latest season of Love Island!

Teach, Learn, Share
I love discussing music, photography, art, garlic mincing technique, philosophy, and social behavior.
I'm always learning a bunch of things, currently a bit of French and Lacan because they go together so nicely. I love teaching photography and cooking skills.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Photography via my Fujifilm X-T3, bits of piano improvisation, cooking and baking, writing (I'll happily read or even edit your short story), and more.
