Pink Floyd is the best band in the whole world. After that Porcupine Tree, Arcade Fire, The Smiths, Sleep Party People, Arctic Monkeys, The Black Keys, Loreena McKennit, Sigur Ros, Hammock, Ben Howard, Amanda Palmer, Kate Bush, Tori Amos and others.

I'm a big movie fan but my absolute favourites are Sweeney Todd, Amelie and the Before Sunrise Trilogy (I am a fan of romance AND sociopathic barbers).

I like Oscar Wilde, Jack Kerouac and the other Beats, Jane Austen, Haruki Murakami, Gillian Flynn, JK Rowling, Bukowski, Stephen King, Neil Gaiman, Tom Robbins and others

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived for six months in cold Lithuania (it was -20 when I left!). Also saw the Northern Lights in Lapland. I also drove a snowmobile there (and almost died, but what can you do).
