Cheerful, friendly and outgoing traveler from Sweden. My desire for exploring different cultures have made me fortunate to get to work at several different places of the world, and now I'm in Canada to add this gorgeous place to that list as well.

After finishing secondary school I went to New Zealand on a working holiday after thet I spent a season working on the french island Guadeloupe in the Caribbean and this past winter I was in the french alps for a ski season. Everywhere that I've been I have had the best time and met some really amazing people! I have expanded my view of this world and my curiosity has just kept on growing. Now I feel like I might never stop traveling haha.

As a person I am very kind and most people I think would say funny, easy to get along with :) I try to always remain positive if something doesn't go as planned. I'm quite spontaneous, always up for an adventure!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love everything about traveling! But the main things for me is seeing the nature and meeting new people. I've always been fascinated by different cultures and feel like cs is such a great tool for connecting with the locals. I haven't stayed with too many hosts yet but I have had great experiences so far and I am sure the streak will continue. I've also found it to be a great way of meeting fellow travelers through the events and meetups.

I would love to host myself, but living in a small town in the north of Sweden we don't get many travelers. Maybe in the future I will live somewhere else or my city will become more of a tourist attraction, then i would be happy to share my home!

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly listens to Indie rock/pop, but really I like most music. Sometimes I might feel like turning on some hip-hop, classical rock, swedish rap or techno, as long as there's a nice or melody or a cool beat I'm down for that. One of my all time favorites is Tom Rosenthal, he's a true genius with his lyrics and super funny as well, highly recommend!
Like a lot of people these days i spend way too much time bingeing netflix. My favorites at the moment are: Brooklyn nine-nine, Criminal Minds and New Girl. Can also recommend the Swedish/Danish crime drama "the bridge", not only because it's Swedish it's also very well made and intriguing.
