I'm a country girl, from the little village of Kinvara and you will find me trying to convince you to visit there! Visit there! You will have to listen to many a tale of the locals of Kinvara and various village gossip so will feel you know the place when you get there.

I have a shocking lack of knowledge of ireland, truly, So if you are looking for a font of knowledge I am not your girl. However, if i was to give you any advice about ireland it would be this. DO NOT MAKE PLANS. Plans, or pleananna in the Irish language have a funny knack of getting blown aside and you will have a much better trip if you live a little more loosely while you are here.

Don't try to see it all at once, because and i tell you this from my own experience, your first trip to ireland will probably not be your last. Pick a major tourist attraction that you would like to see most and stick to the areas around it, for example, The cliffs of moher. Find a small town that you think you like the look of and use it as your base. This way you will get to know the locals and be let in on a wealth of information that you can't get in a guide book. Sight see during the day and return for the craic in the pubs at night. However you need to chose a town with at least four pubs. Also, i love languages, please teach me something rude in yours. If you are a native english speaker, teach me something in your local slang!

PHILOSOPHY

However i like everything but experimental jazz and bob dylan. Bob dylan i hear you ask? Scandal! When other people sing his songs he's great but i hate his voice. He sings like he's constipated. do you still want my couch! hahaha
