We are Pepijn (Netherlands) and Paula (Colombia). We are travellers, after living in Europe for the last 5 years we recently took a boat to Puerto Rico to visit more of this side of the world.
Pepijn did 3 years of medicine before deciding it was nothing and ending up in Artificial Intelligence.
Paula is an Scientific illustrator and artist.

We both love to try new food, and cooking. Also enjoy a lot conversations with a beer or good wine.

We also like to meet new people, Pepijn can play a bit of guitar (I can play my specialty house of the rising sun for you). And we both love to be active doing bouldering, paddleboarding, juggling and slacklining.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started couchsurfing when I was hitchhiking from France to Portugal and needed a place to stay in Toulouse. It was hard to find a place very last minute, so a friend recommended couchsurfing and within a short time I found somebody that could host me. After that I wanted to return the favor in Amsterdam and had such a nice experience with my first guest that I just kept accepting people :)

Music of course depends on my mood but i always liked Paul Kalbrenner for just chill moods and Jack Johnson. But for just going out I like to listen to techno and some electro music. Some Caribbean beats are also in my playlist.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can give some Dutch clases if someone is interested to learn, tell some stories about traveling and share some food, my good mood and smiles.
I want to learn to build stuff. I was building tipis on a festival in the summer of 2021 after which I started construction small stuff with wood which I like a lot and would like to improve on.
