About Me
I'm a 34 year old guy from Argentina. Almost two years ago I left my comfort zone to see the world and I don't regret it. I've met wonderful people from around the world, seen amazing places and eaten good (and strange) food. I first went to New Zealand with a working holiday visa, where I had many different jobs (which I wouldn't have normally done back home). After that I went to China and the US on holidays. And for the last few months I've been living in Sydney, Australia. Now I moved to Italy, where I'd like to stay for a few months and see as much as possible. I'm also italian so this is a good opportunity to reconnect with my roots and improve my italian (not to mention to try the food!).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like to meet new people everywhere I go, and this is a great way to meet locals. They can show you their favourite parts of the city and give you tips about places to visit, foods to try, and things to do, that not necessarily need to be the usual touristy stuff.
Interests
I love taking pictures. When I started traveling I bought a camera, and ever since I've been taking pictures everywhere I go.
I enjoy learning new languages, because I think it's a nice way to connect with people from different cultures. I also know some loose phrases in japanese, thai, dutch and farsi.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite band is uruguayan, and they're called La Vela Puerca. I also like Jovanotti and Die Toten Hosen.
I enjoy reading books. Right now I'm reading The Circle, by Dave Eggers.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went to China on holidays for a month on my own and, despite the language and cultural barriers, I survived! I got to see a lot of different places and try very tasty food, which I'll never forget.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm always up for learning something new. Be it a new recipe, a new language, or a fun fact about anything.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories, travel tips, teach some of the languages I speak, and I should've started with this, but I make amazing brownies (or so I've been told).
