About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm a happy and social guy from Sweden who loves to meet new people and see new places. Been moving around quite a lot due to travels, studies, internship, volunteering, but am now living and working in Stockholm.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm not so active, but I really like the idea and I will try to host more people now that I have a bigger place to stay. Please contact me and I'll see if I can host you :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed and hosted only one time, but had heard good things about it before from friends.
My first experience was in Madrid two years ago when me and a friend stayed at a guys place. Even though he was working all the days we were there he made his best to hook up with us in the evening and showed us some nice bars.
I then hosted a guy from Costa Rica, who was currently studying in Estonia, at my parents' place in Örebro, Sweden. He made lots of tasty food from Costa Rica and we talked about a lot of things.

Interests

I love to see new places and discover more about the world and all the different cultures there is, but also all the similarities that we share. Studied English, geography, international development, and worked with volunteering. Absolutely loves music, quite a nerd when it comes down to it, and likes to go out and hear some good tunes out at night. Likes to talk and discuss interesting topics and stories with others. A bit of what I like...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bicycling 200km with two friends during 3 days along the Great Ocean Road in southeast Australia, just absolutely gorgeous and fantastically fun! The whole Australia trip I did soon 10 years ago with a group of friends was amazing.
My student exchange year in Durham in the northeast of England was also totally fantastic, the whole year! Meeting a lot of great friends that I still have contact with, more than 3 years after we finished.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Ecuador, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
