We will write in the plural since we will mostly be looking for couches together and if you come stay with us, you'll have to stick to both :-)
We've always been hosts and surfers even before we knew about CouchSurfing.org. This is a neat community!

PHILOSOPHY

1) Don't worry, be happy.
2) Respect the environment, including nature, people surrounding you and their ideas and feelings.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We love to meet other people and cultures, be it in our city or in their own.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have slept in many a couch/floor/mattress when visiting other cities. We have also hosted many people, from close friends to friends of friends of friends. CouchSurfing just makes the whole process so much easier.
As long as there is respect towards each other's space, it's all good! Right now, we live in a tiny place and cannot host, but we can hangout.

Biked from Brussels to Barcelona, crossing the Swiss Alps on the Saint Gothard Pass. It was a lot of work, but very much worth it.
