Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Save the world!
But I'd also like to meet new and interesting people. I like discussing all kinds of topics, and am a big fan of ruminating in general.
ABOUT ME
I am 37 years old, and I live in a small city called Jessheim, 30 minutes north of Oslo. I am a very social person, and I like to meet new people.
I work at a preventive social club for teenagers, which is a lot of fun and very fulfilling.
I also have a small dog. His name is Salto, and he is very cute and friendly :D He is quite allergy friendly, so if you have an allergy it should be alright, but I still recommend having some allergy medicine available just in case.
PHILOSOPHY
Smile to the world, and the world smiles back. (Except when I'm having a bad day :P ) AND:
Be the host that I myself would want if I was traveling.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
About 10 years ago, a friend told me about Couchsurfing, and I really liked the idea. And since I live close to the airport with a free guest room, I think it's a great way to meet new people from all over the world.
I have room for 2 guests, but can host up to 4 if REALLY necessary.
I haven't actually tried couchsurfing as a guest yet.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have hosted a lot people, both men and women. All good experiences :) (Though I will say that some of you are very peculiar haha)
NOTE: I am not on couchsurfing to date/hook up. I just think its always fun to meet people from different cultures and discuss all kinds of things.
Interests
Music, singing, film, concerts, partying, hanging out with friends, Dungeons and Dragons, and gaming (PC)
I play a lot of pen and paper roleplaying games with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books
Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, fantasy literature in general.
I enjoy all kinds of different music. Mostly. I don't really like gangster-rap about "bitches and hoes". Also, I find progressive improvised jazz to be quite irritating.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived in Tanzania for 2 months, working as a music teacher as part of my education. Met a lot of interesting people, and got to know another culture from the "inside". I lived right by the foot of Kilimanjaro, but didnt get to climb it :/
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach some basic guitar, piano and musical theory, and I am also quite fluent in english. I can also teach some norwegian to those who are interested :)
And of course, if you wanna try out Dungeons and Dragons, I'd be glad to play it with you!
I recently got into bouldering at a nearby climbing facility, and would be happy to take you there! I'm very much just a beginner myself.
