Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Why pay a lot for a hotel when couchsurfing can bring you much more than simply a night?
Our society is driven by capitalist ideologies in which our actions are centred around maximizing profit rather than focusing on the things that really matter like making great friends and having a good time. By going on Couchsurfing, I wish to meet interesting people who have the same stand of mind and are willing to give up their couch for one night, sharing experiences that will last much longer.
