ABOUT ME

I am studying process engineering at university in Compiègne (Picardy, France). But I can also host couchsurfers in Cherbourg (Lower Normandy) by my father's house during holiday. I'm just back of a 6-month exchange in Brazil. It was A-MA-ZING ! I have so many things to say about it !

I won't say I'm adventurous but I love to discover new things. I'm passionate with almost everything, and I prefer to do lots of things in the same time, that to get further in an only one activity, I call that "multi-passionate".
Life goes by too quickly to make choices between things I like, so I do all of them !

What esle ... Hard to explain a whole personality in a few words. What about travelling ? I love wide open spaces, with no trace of humanity, mostly in mountains, plains and highlands. I want to travel in Mongolia, Indian summer in Canada, cherry blossom in Japan or whatever esle. I don't kwow ! I go whereever the wind carries me. Just to stop if I want to camp in a place, or to leave if I wanna walk.

Ok, that's not a very clear description of myself, but the better way to know me is to come, talk and maybe travel with me. I'm very easygoing, even if I can be easily intimidated.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

CS could be a very different and rewarding way to travel, but also to meet people, to make friends and so on.
I am not a CS to travel in the cheapest way, but to descover a place in a deep way (and not just superficial "photo guy"), thanks to native people that knows the local culture, and the best places to go. Experience of local people is much more interesting and helpful that any traveling book I could buy.

Hosting is an experience I like to have too. Every traveler is different, and i never get bored meeting new people.

Sports in nature, share daily activities with friends, drink nice fruit juices, have a sunny hot day in a hammock ...

Music, Movies, and Books

almost every type of music, it really depends on the moment I am listening to it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn, whatever it is !
And I can also teach you how to dance salsa (or other dances too), how to speak French, how to make cotton bracelets, how to cook french dessert (I know a really good one), how to sail ...
Or I can just, instead of trying to impress people with my skills (and I don't want to do it !), just sharing my way of living, my taste, and my opinions.
