About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To expand my horizons...

ABOUT ME

I like to have a good time. I'm occassionally overexciteable, yet often happy to just sit doing nothing for hours. A perfect scenario for me would be just chilling outside with a drink and good friends. I like to discover new places and things- I get itchy after having the same routine for too long. By the way if I am your couchsurfer I will do the washing up!

PHILOSOPHY

"To be nobody-but-yourself in a world
which is doing its best to, night and day,
to make you everybody else --
means to fight the hardest battle
which any human being can fight;
and never stop fighting."
--e.e. cummings, "A Miscellany"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed a few places, but unfortunately, I haven't really been able to reciprocate yet. But I'll be moving to the UK in a few months, so hopefully that will soon change!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite book ever is "The Solitaire Mistery" by Jostein Gaarder. I still read it every year. I´ve spent half of my life watching movies, so I´ve got a big bunch of favourites, but I think I would go for "Magnolia". As for music... I´m interested in New Metal lately (specially Incubus) and acoustic and folk in all its forms, but Alanis Morissette (or The Hollering Cow, as some people say) is definitely my goddess.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to meet people from other backgrounds, and specially people who are down to earth, because they help me appreciate things I would otherwise miss. What can I teach them... mh... how to look busy when you have nothing to do, maybe?
